Rosie is lovely and chatty. Nails are perfect. She does them really quickly but still so neat. Only thing that could be better is for more colours to choose from

There's a significant lack of shellac colours to choose from. There's a couple of reds but only 2 nudes, no pastel colours and no range of different shades at all. If you want red or wacky coloured nails then come here, anything else just avoid.
Rosie was nice enough.
All my nails were inconsistently shaped, I had to file them myself at home to achieve uniform shaped nails. They were wonky too, and I had uneven acrylic applied that spilled onto the skin around my nails. I was embarrassed for anyone to see them, as they were quite ugly.
My cuticles were not removed, so the acrylic was put on too far away from my nail bed so they looked grown out even when they were freshly done. Every other place I've been to they removed my cuticles!
Everything also looked cheap, Rosie didn't wear gloves and I'm sure all her utensils were clean but how regularly they're cleaned worried me. The brush she used to apply acrylic looked like a bog standard paint brush, and the glass she had the chemical in had never been washed by the look of it.
At £25 she's £5 cheaper than other places I've been too, but the standards are not at all as high, and £25 seems too expensive for what she offers. My nails look cheap, awfully shaped with no time taken to perfect them. I'm so disappointed and won't return.
If you want nice nails don't come here.
