As soon as I walked in I was told there was no time for the treatment I'd paid for as I hadn't booked polish removal separately. I get my nails done all the time and this is always included in the price, there was no mention in the description that I had to book 2 separate treatments. The gel nails are nice but chipped after a few days.

First time getting my nails done by Rosie.
Rosie is extremely friendly and very chatty.
The price is extremely cheap for the city centre. I have paid double and yes it was more high end and a bit more luxurious, however like I said though it was double the price and I am really happy with the service I received. If you are on a budget but still want your nails doing then this is certainly the place to come. I would recommend this place to anyone.
