I don’t like to leave bad reviews but my nails are so badly done - I have varnish all over my hands, bits of colour missing & hairs in the gel. The nail art was not completed. Took 2.5 hours and my nails are nothing like I asked. I said I’d go simple if she couldn’t do but she did not question or say that should be the case after asking multiple times. Also did not offer new client discount as advertised clearly.
