The staff were lovely and booking was easy. Unfortunately, my nails started chipping within days, and by the end of the week, 4 had fallen off. I messaged on IG and was offered £10 off, but I felt a redo would’ve been more appropriate. They said I should’ve come back sooner, but I was on holiday, so I feel the response wasn’t fair. Disappointed with the durability and customer service given the circumstances.
