The venue is nice and staff friendly. I did have a few issus unfortunately, my manicure was supposed to take 45 min but took 1 h 25 min. The colour I wanted was in a bottle they couldn't open so that took some extra time but otherwise not sure why it took so long. The manicure looked very nice but already after 4 days 2 nails had the colour shipped.

The wax was way too hot, there was no pressure applied after the wax was pulled off & I was left with a considerable amount of hair. Really dissatisfied & won’t be returning.
