The outcome of the nail was ok. However, I received a poor service and attitude from this nail technician. I do not feel she puts the customer’s interest before her own. I note that she has multiple good and poor reviews. It goes to show that this service is not standardised and is selective to whichever customer she feels she would benefit from.
