My nails started chipping within a week of getting BAIB at this place. I called and spoke with the guy who told me to come by and get it fixed. We agreed for 3pm the next day. I came at 3pm and was told by a lady at the salon that the guy was not going to be in until 4pm. It’s not like I live next door, I have arranged my afternoon around this and also paid money to have nails that look good, but in a matter of days they’re chipped and flaky. Tired of this place.

You need to go here!!! I had the best nail experience and recently changed nail salon because of a bad experience. They were SO helpful and considerate and went above and beyond to make my nails perfect. I couldn’t be happier - thank you so much xxx

The person who did my manicure did a great job. However the cleanliness of the salon was not up to standard. I came in the morning and there were nail clipping on the floor. When I arrived the girl at reception/desk appeared to be sleeping.very dusty
