Not happy at all, there was no care or consideration for my nails, just felt like a quick and haphazard job. Lo and behold, it’s been two days and already the first layer of biab has peeled off.

Usually good and really great value but this time my BIAB infill was lumpy, there was BIAB all over the cuticle, and the colour wasn’t opaque and had gaps. I tried to share that it was wrong and he didn’t understand me and told me it was fine. I went back to get it fixed and this time the nails are different lengths, and the colour isn’t the same on each nail because the usual care wasn’t taken. Feels a bit like a lucky dip
