So disappointing. Salon was dirty and dusty, equipment looked old, and overused, staff were busy chatting to each other, and the acrylics did the job but quite a few imperfections I had to point out. Won’t be returning.

Usually I’m super happy but they have new staff which is good cause they need more people but when the new artist is left alone and panicking . Cannot deliver on what you ask for and the shaping is terrible it’s not great at all . I’ve left with misshapen nails nowhere near what I asked for . He did try but there need be someone else with the new people
