I recently went for a BIAB and overall I’m really happy with how my nails turned out. The infill process helped refresh the growth area without removing the whole set, which keeps the nails strong and saves time compared to a full removal. BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) is known for strengthening natural nails and helping them grow, acting as a protective layer that reduces breakage . This maintains that structure by rebalancing the nail rather than starting from scratch, which is better
