It was my first time going to this shop and I wasn't sure what to expect. The shop is bright and colourful. The staff were friendly and I was impressed with them using brand new products for each client. It was very clean and I had a great experience. My nail technician was gentle and paid attention. She was also very thorough and made me feel important and listened to. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Since I started coming to Nails by Jay I have had universally terrific manicures there. All the nail therapists are a joy and going there is a relaxing and pleasant experience. I have recommended it to all my friends.
