The venue was clean and welcoming. I booked an appointment online and was seen to right away, ( no waiting even with an appointment like some other places!) The therapist who attended to me was careful with my nails, cuticles, and really paid attention to details. No rough edges, dangling cuticles, gel under your nail- you could see they really know what they're doing! My gel manicure looks great so far. I would definitely go again just for the attention to detail there!

Jay had a small cut somewhere on his hand so got 2 small smears of blood on my hand, which obviously not very pleasant. Surely manicurists hands should be super clean and hygienic.
