I booked a 9am appointment for ibx treatment and gel nail manicure and a pedicure with gel nail removal and new gels. The treatment started at 8:55am and I was finished by 9:30am. The online booking said I would be there till 11am. They did my hands and feet at the same time. Which was a first for me. Back issues I was sat sideways with it getting done together. The pedicure was below par. My hard skin was not removed, felt rushed and not pampering at all. Cash only not accepted not advertised.
