I booked an appointment to have my existing BIAB removed and a new set applied. The technician arrived late, and although I paid for a soak-off, she used an electric file instead. The filing was very heavy-handed, leaving my nails feeling weak and tender, and the application was quite rough. The finished nails looked nice, and I was happy with the colour and shape. However, due to the removal process and overall experience, I wouldn’t return.
