As soon as I walked in I asked if they could do ombré on fingers & toes. The man said toenails too short but we can do fingernails which I had no problem with. Then onto the manicure. The man used covered my fingers in white nail varnish. I asked for it to all be removed . The lady was trying to remove the paint with the cuticle cutter and was literally trying to cut my skin off. I said stop. Complained to the man but was told we don’t usually do ombré on short nails. Terrible!
