A bit rough on the cuticles, one finger bled. Essie nail polish was not smooth to apply, even though the bottle was brand new. Manicure lasted 3-4 days before chipping, even though hands went under the hot air dryer. That said, staff was professional + this is the cleanest nail bar I’ve been to in a long while (in London) and I would return just for that. Keep up the good work!
