Booked an appointment however had to wait over 30 mins to be seen.
Treatment then felt rushed and I was passed between two nail technicians who were clearly stressed. The table was not wiped down between customers or during my treatment. My hands got covered in filings from my nails when I was curing the gel under the lamp.
They clearly need to ensure customers who have booked are seen in a timey fashion and not felt rushed.

Was super pleased with my acrylics,shaped exactly how I wanted and they really did their best to give me the nail polish colour I wanted even though they did not have the exact shade - she mixed some together to make it herself and the result was amazing :)
