The nail infill wasn’t done correctly. Big gaps and some of the French tips were inconsistent in sizing. She did a rush job.

I booked an appointment for 6:25pm, pedicure with normal polish. It was described as a 35min service. Was a bit hot in the salon- it’s quite small and only one fan. I did notice when my legs soaked in the bath, my shins were stained from the water bowl. Luckily the stains came off with scrubbing. When it was time for polish- I was told there wasn’t enough time to do regular polish, I could do gel for £7 more. Annoyed as they should not take bookings that late if so- and should say upon arrive

The nail technician was very friendly and paid attention to detail in giving me options for my nails.They also provided a bottle of water as it was a hot day ,great service

Store and staff great, the place is quite small and there were some noisy customers around during my visit, so one star off for ambiance but that was just my luck at that specific time, pretty decent overall. Recommended :)
