my manicure was well done however the pedicure could have been more attention to detail. unsure if lighting was the issue but when I got home and inspected the results I found that the coverage on some of my toenails was not painted.

Great mani-pedi. However, the place is absolutely filthy, and that's such a shame. All the surfaces and implements are covered in other clients' nail dust, and they clearly re-use tools without proper sterilisation. 5* skill... 0* hygiene.

Always love my nails from here, but the overbooking is always an issue. Never seen on time, as they take too many walk ins and delay those who have booked. Also had a pedicure at the same time as another lady and for some reason I didn’t get a massage and she did..
