They were running behind and the technicians were working on multiple people at the same time which slowed things down quite significantly, but happy with the end outcome

Unfortunately the timekeeping was non existent, so there is no point booking a slot, you just need to turn up and wait. I got stressed and didn't double check nail shape, and am not happy with the shape at all. Individual effort good but management needs to sort out scheduling
