My appoinment was booked at 18:15 and i was here 5 minutes earlier i just sat down till 19:15 it was an hour and the girls were too rude not answering me and talking in own language it was an hour after my appointment i did not get chance to do mine as it was busy Unpleasant and unwelcoming service.
