I had to leave my appointment due to an emergency so didn’t have the treatment but staff followed up by phone to offer a reschedule as too late for a refund - which I really appreciate.
As a general comment, I thought ambience and cleanness needed some improvement and have not been back to the salon but - as mentioned - staff seems lovely.

This was my first time booking through Treatwell, and I chose this salon based on its positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The electric tool needed for my ombré manicure wasn’t charged, causing long delays. My manicure and pedicure should have taken around 1 hour and 25 minutes, but I was there from 4:20 pm until 7:00 pm. As I was travelling the next day, this was a major inconvenience.
