Booked to have nails done by Kim but instead it was someone else. They paid little attention to preparing them before going on to apply gel - I actually had to ask to sort out my cuticles at the end! This meant the manicure looked grown out within a week. The shaping of the nails was rushed and not even. Concerns about the cleanliness of the place - it felt dirty and the equipment looked tired… although they did mention that this was a temporary building. Cheap but you get what you pay for.
