Looked like they were sharing tools amongst customers. Usually at other places a new pack is opened in front of you. Here, the trolly was pulled from one customer to another. The quality of the pedicure and manicure weren’t the best either; felt slightly rushed and messy. Either way, got the job done as i needed it for an event that day. However, don’t think I’ll return. Staff were Friendly though which is great
