They have new workers, I’ve been there once before and it was a good experience but this time no! I got manicure and pedicure with white tips. I asked for a design but they are not good at hand free designs. The white tips on my hands are different sizes and also turned grey/black after 2days (cheap shellac) pedicure - the guy didn’t want to use the blade tool to take off the hard skin, had to ask & he still said no, he wasn’t able to to do basic white tips either. Kim took them off and re done
