The nails are not that bad but it’s not at all what I wanted. I felt like the staff was in a hurry and they didn’t take the time to do my nails properly. I was very clear about the shape (sharp square), the length and the design that I wanted but I ended up having rounded nails that were way shorter than what I asked for and I had to change the design last minute because they were not able to do it ( it was a little heart on the ring finger). In case you’re wondering, yes I had a reference pic.
