Tech cut daughter’s cuticle making it bleed heavily throughout treatment and for a while after. Tried to say my daughter had sensitive cuticles but she’s had extensions many times and has never bled like that. Poorly applied gel (guess from nerves after cutting her) and gel polish from injured finger fell off straight after left the shop. No apology or discount offered. Should get a refund! Will not use again or recommend!
