I have very thin cuticles, and I informed the staff about this beforehand. The staff should have been gentler when pushing back my cuticles, as I experienced a stinging and irritated sensation around the cuticle area after the service. The nail shaping was not even or consistent across all nails. The polish application was slightly streaky/wavy, and the edges were not cleaned up neatly or with enough attention to detail.
