First of, she cut my long healthy natural nails without even asking.
She was very harsh on my nails, didn’t say anything when she made my cuticles bleed.
She doesn’t care about customers nails too much, so if you looking for someone who cares about natural nails, this is not the place to go.
She indeed has some skills (average) but honestly I do expect more than just average nails art when I paid 60 pounds for a set of acrylic with design on one nail

The workers name wasn’t Kacey, I’m not sure what her name was. Although she was friendly and made nice conversation, the job was rushed and it didn’t look like she was trying. My nails came out looking absolutely terrible- not all the acrylic/shellac had been removed and she cut my fingers in various places. The tools also didn’t look clean at all. Reasonably priced but not worth it.
