Cost £35 for removal and a ‘hand care’ service. My nails were weak and soft after removal. During the appointment, the nail technician spent most of the time talking to another customer in their own language, which made me feel awkward and somewhat ignored. I booked £40 manicure service but found one of my finger had slightly infected, so only did removal. The artist called her manager, who still charged £35 and refused to refund the remaining £5, offering only store credit instead.
