I wanted to love this place; gave it a second chance (gel then BIAB) but my nails chipped the first week. My friend experienced the same so not an isolated experience. BIAB shouldn’t be breaking off. Probably cheaped out on the equipment/polish :(

The staff at LCI and the quality of the manicure I cannot recommend enough. The only issue I've had the couple of times I have attended the centre is treatment timings and punctuality. As they are open for longer I hope there no longer are delays!
