Unfortunately, the final result was not done to a good standard. During the manicure, I ended up with several cuts around the cuticle area, which was quite uncomfortable and shouldn’t happen with proper care. On top of that, I wasn’t advised that the nail polish would be transparent - the sample shown looked much more opaque, so the final result was not what I expected at all but staff were friendly, and accommodating on adjusting the booking on a spot
