It was a good experience until I got charged £20 at the end and then told that they'd made a mistake and because I'd booked on Treatwell I had to pay £30.

Oh I am so disappointed. I booked full set GEL nails and I got acrylic when I said it's suppose to be Gel they told me it's same, but it wasn't. The quality is below 0 seriously. The nails was so thick even I asked to make thinner. Well I read the reviews before i book my appointment and I have no idea how they make others customers happy. I will never come back there even it's free, just waisting of time and money. 😞
