Sam was brilliant this morning. Very friendly and welcoming. I have never had BIAB before so Sam explained everything about it and was super reassuring and knowledgeable. I am really happy with my nails and booked to go back in 3 weeks. I can totally recommend Sam. She is 100% professional. I will definitely not be returning to those high st nail studios that never run on time, never bother to converse with you and just treat you like you're on a conveyer belt. Thank you Sam 🙂
