Absolutely terrible . I booked an infill online and when I turned up at the appointment , the lady decided to remove all my BIAB without letting me know about additional cost ahead of the appointment . Tried to charge me double and when I refused , asked me to leave the salon with nothing on my nails and all my nails looked awful and it was by birthday night out . I challenged the price as they should have advised me as they were doing the treatment. Said they would refund but they haven’t
