I was told that the discount on Treatwell didn’t apply so I reluctantly agreed to pay extra. The dry pedi was really bad. The electric file went through my skin in places. Very painful. The buffer was not hygienic - she just put it back with others in a bag. The nail polish choices were very few. And finally got it smudged when she checked it was dry. As I wanted to get out asap I just left without asking it to be corrected. Would never go back!!

I feel bad writing this as the girls were lovely but I’ve never left a pedicure with 2 bleeding toes before. Various parts of it hurt because I don’t think she was using the right tools or just used them too much in the same spot which then made me bleed. Was charged an extra £10 to have a wet pedicure but the only difference is my feet were soaked in a tub. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend.
