Not much communication to understand customer needs. Requested almond shape and specifically said “not too pointed” and I got otherwise. Filing was quite poor as well, nails are not even, and they look different to each other. I had my hopes as I read a lot of reviews before booking here, but I’m not quite sure how does reviews come through after the truly poor services received. Sadly, not coming back.
