I’ve been here twice and the first time was super quick and very good. However, the second time I was left waiting for 40 mins, I had purposefully booked an ‘express manicure’ as I had to get back to work and I was there for over an hour (I got there at 12.55 for my appt at 13.00 and left at 14.05). The technician was in no hurry and I had to ask her to speed up as I was going to be late back to work. There wasn’t even an apology!
