I have to say the nails themselves look fantastic. I have zero issues with the appt running 15 mins late but they left my feet in water while waiting which oversoftened my feet, so when they used the electric file on my heel and toes they didn’t just take off dead skin, it was very much alive! 5 days later and the cut on my toe has just healed but the one on my heel still hasn’t.
