Staff are lovely but the attention to detail is lacking. Had to ask them to redo 4 of my nails because they weren’t capped, and one still has a black splodge on it even after she redid it. BIAB was extremely thick and slightly uneven. However, when I asked her to redo the nails she did and was kind about it.
