No cuticle prep was done and the final work had a lot of flooding at the sides, making it look sloppy. But they spent a lot of time getting the design I wanted and the nails look good if you don't consider the rough edges by the skin.
But yeah, I was surprised that they didn't do cuticle prep and that the manicure wasn't to a standard that I would expect given other people's reviews. It's not a manicure I would show off or recommend to others.

I booked for a gel take off. One of the staff asked me if I wanted to take off the power or just the gel, I specified that I just wanted the take off the shellac. The girl who did my nails removed everything including my biab that was new. Not happy
