I normally love my pedicures here but my technician this time used the cheese grater on my feet instead of a blade which I really don’t like as it leaves my skin rough and the polish was applied messily. It all felt rushed as they seemed short staffed that day and not as much attention to detail was given as my previous visits.

I booked online but on arrival was charged a different price due to the technique used to do my nail application. I would have rather a choice was given prior or they done the application I booked and was prepared to pay for.
