I go to NailPro a lot and I’m usually super happy with my nails however this time I’m really disappointed. The application of biab was uneven and was all over my skin, the nails themselves are all different shapes even after asking them to reshape, the french is uneven on all nails, cuticles are flooded and covered in chrome. I was then asked to pay an extra £7 for a thin blue line that was added under the french tip. I was also in there for over 2 hours for an infill and French tip. Super ☹️!
