Nails are perfect although I did have to wait 30 mins despite having an appointment and whilst I was getting my nails done someone was turned away because they were 10 mins late for appointment which seemed like double standards, when they had clearly overbooked regardless of the lady being 10 mins late or not. Two different technicians also worked on my nails both equally as good - just felt a little chaotic.
