Space feels like a newly repurposed storage room, I didn’t get a close look at the wax station but it didn’t give a sanitary feel. I also really didn’t appreciate Lucy’s comments about how hair in the bikini area is less hygienic - I didn’t want to argue given my position but this is not factual (the opposite is more true) and beauty therapists should not be spreading misinformation that shame women’s natural bodies. It made me question her expertise and training. The wax itself was fine though
