I visited this salon twice. The first time I booked with staff 1. He was filing my nails so hard that it was painful. I kept asking him to go a bit softer but he just ignored me. Other than that, my nails looked good so I thought I’d give the salon another chance and booked with staff 2 but then I had an even worse experience. The seats are also so uncomfortable and you have to lean so much forward.
