I attended an appt on Mon 30th May 2022, at Nailology, 287 City Road, London EC1V 1LA. I had booked the appt via the Nailology App. I was incorrectly charged £42. I booked a Detox pedicure £39. I was charged as though I had booked a pedicure with extra massage, which is £42. I was forced to pay £40 in cash and paid the remainder on my debit card of £2.
