Used to be decent local nail bar but over the last six months the service has gone down hill dramatically and the city road branch seems to be physically falling apart. Nails are fine but ambiance and service totally lacking.

terrible experience. nails hurt for a few days. the biab gel was really thick. tre treatment was supposed to include a manicure snd didn't get it. when I got my nails done at another salon, they confirmed it was probably hard gel. had to cut my nails
