The same as usual. The staff is efficient and the place is a great to have the local salon. Though the pedicure machine hasn’t been working properly and the staff had to boil hot water with a kettle. Hopefully it’s fixed now.

I am really sorry that I have to be honest, but this was really bad.
I booked Builder gel & manicure and in 12 years of doing it, never did I see such an upside down technique.
Instead of first
1. Removing my existing gel
2. Doing manicure (including proper cuticle cutting and cleaning)
3. Shortening my nails
4. Applying builder gel & shellac
His approach:
1. Removed existing gel
2. Applied builder gel
3. DIPPED my fingers in cold water, and pretended to cut cuticles 4. Shortened nails WITH GEL
