The manicure and pedicure were nicely done (great job especially for my manicure, done my a woman from Cameroon - sorry I forgot your name -. She deserves 5 stars. The owner though forgot to tell his team that I had both pedi and mani booked so they haven’t done these at the same time. From 40 mins as advertised and confirms on treatwell it turned to be 1h40. No apologies from the owner even when I pointed this whilst he was handling the loyalty card. he said that on their website it says 40 mins from 1h5 which, again, it’s nowhere close to 1h40. Forgetting to tell info to your team can happen, but apologies is a minimum sign of elegance and makes clients come back. I won’t.
